AlphaSkills Pre-K Program

includes:

30 Thematic Units for 30+ Weeks of Instruction

·       Full day activities with read aloud books and CDs all matched to GA Pre-K Standards.

·       Suggestions for the order of implementation and how to extend learning for the 36 week school year are included in the training component.

30 Family Literacy Take Home Kits

·       Seven days of family activities matched to one read aloud book per kit.

·       Each student will take a different kit home each week for 30 weeks of the school year.

Please review the following online:

·      One day of the AlphaSkills Thematic Unit, “Keeping Our Bodies Healthy.”  This is a sample of what each day in every thematic unit is like.  There are 30 thematic units with five days each (150+ days of instruction) included in each AlphaSkills Pre-K Program.

·      One Family Literacy Kit in English to extend learning at home.  Most kits do not match the instruction at school directly.  However, kits include quality pieces of children’s literature, both fiction and non-fiction, with activities matched to the content areas of reading, math, science/health ,social studies, writing, music, and art.  There are 30 Family Literacy Kits included in each AlphaSkills Pre-K Program.

·      You will find a sample of the English/Spanish AlphaSkills Family Literacy Kits to preview.  These are not included in the AlphaSkills Pre-K Program.  A set of 10 English/Spanish Kits may be added at an additional cost of $395 including S/H.
