Exactly two months ago today, October 5, 2018, the love of my life and I were enjoying what has become our annual trip to New England, primarily Maine. On that date, we returned to one of the spots we enjoy, Kennebunkport, Maine. As we have done several times previously, we went for a view of the Bush compound. Today, as Brian Mulroney, former Prime Minister of Canada, spoke at President George H. W. Bush’s funeral, I cherished the opportunity to turn to these photos that were taken at that lovely spot and reminisce as he shared a treasured story about Walker’s Point.
