After 173 days at Egelston Hospital in Atlanta Brantley Palmer has been released. The Leroy Massey Kindergarten student had heart transplant surgery 19 days ago. Brantley was released on his 6th birthday. A new heart and going home after more than five months in the hospital make for a fantastic birthday for this sweet boy!
