Serving as Commissioner for the Eighth Congressional District on the Georgia Student Finance Commission Board has been a truly wonderful honor for Dr. Sarah. Over the past six years, she has been able to talk with and congratulate several thousand of our state’s finest young people and their parents during the Valedictorian Reception at the Governor’s Mansion. Here, she is with Twiggs County’s Valedictorian and REACH Scholar, Jada Daniels, and her mother. She enjoyed meeting and congratulating Middle Georgia Valedictorians from Bleckley, Laurens, and Wilkinson Counties, also.
