A bit over two years ago, Dr. Sarah and Dr. Keisha Callins, Mercer University Medical School, happened to sit down next to each other at the First Inaugural Governor’s Summit on Early Language and Literacy. A close friendship and strong shared desire to help increase the literacy rates in the rural areas of Middle Georgia began…and continues to grow and thrive.
